I hate being sick but just a few weeks ago my ulceritives colitis got so out of control and I wasn't sure what I was going to have to do!!! I went to see my GI Dr. and he did all sorts of testing and found that I had ulcers through all of my colon and they were pretty severe. He sent me home with some medicine and said to make sure to keep taking them and i did. But the problems was that I was throwing them up everytime so it was not working. Now the Dr. said he had to admit me to the hopital because if I can't keep my pills down they were going to have to hydrate me and give my pills to me by iv. So on Monday December 15 I was admitted to the hospital and was there until the following Saturday. Thanks to such a wonderful sweet husband and family who were at my bedside at every beck and call I am out of the hopital now. Eddie was so great with Sadie they definatley got some good father daughter time in. Thanks to all the friends and family who helped out during this hard time. I am doing much better but still very weak. it sound like it will be a long process of healing and lots of meds but everyday i am feeling better. All of my blogs from here to Christmas are recaps because i feel like i don't want you guys too miss out on Sadie she is growing up to fast. She now smiles, laughs, rolls and can put all of her pressure on her legs and weighs about 15 pound and is in the 95% on height and is very healthy.

SO glad to see some more posts from you, I was wondering what happened!! I'm so sorry that you have been so sick. Your little gal is a cutie, I can't wait to meet her in person one day. I sure hope you have a great holiday season, and that you continue to get feeling well!

Hello, two shockers. I did not know you were were preggy! When were you going to tell me little missy? :) and 2, I'm so sorry about your ulcerative colitis! How long have you had that?? Do they know what causes it? when you get feeling better, we really need to get together. We are in our new house now and would love to have you guys over. give me a call when you feel up to it!
